Request deletion of your FindAmNow account
Use this page to request deletion of a FindAmNow account and associated app data. FindAmNow is operated by Austaino Tech for local search, seller listings, chat, and inventory tools.
How to request deletion
- Contact support using one of the options below.
- Send the phone number or email address connected to your FindAmNow account.
- Write: "Please delete my FindAmNow account and associated data."
- We may ask you to confirm account ownership before deleting the account.
- After verification, we will delete eligible account data within 30 days.

Use the email address on your app store listing or website contact channel.
Data deleted
- Account profile details such as name, email, avatar, phone, and seller profile information.
- Saved addresses and location details used for local search and seller discovery.
- Seller listings, inventory records, stock activity, and marketplace product data tied to the account.
- Chat rooms, messages, search requests, and search history tied to the account where deletion is allowed.
Data kept temporarily
- Records required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance may be retained.
- Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before they are removed through normal backup rotation.
- Data that has already been anonymized may be kept because it no longer identifies the account owner.
After deletion
Deleting your FindAmNow account removes access to buyer chat history, seller tools, inventory, and listings. You can create a new account later, but deleted account data may not be recoverable.
