Before contacting support
- Check that location permission is enabled when testing nearby search.
- Use the Live backend in the mobile app for store-release testing.
- Include your device model, Android or iOS version, and the search term that failed.
- For seller issues, include the product or inventory item name.
- For account deletion, use the account deletion request page.
