FindAmNow Acceptable Use Policy

Who Can Sell

• Sellers must provide a real business name, a working phone number, and an accurate business address and location.
• Only sellers reviewed and approved by FindAmNow can accept card, bank transfer, or USSD payments through the platform. Approval involves a manual check of the seller's identity, business details, contact information, and product listings.
• FindAmNow may request additional identification or business documents from a seller at any time and may suspend payment acceptance until they are provided.

Prohibited Products and Services

Sellers may not list, advertise, or sell any of the following on FindAmNow:

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or items designed to cause harm.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or pirated goods, or goods that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.
• Adult content or sexual services.
• Gambling, lotteries, betting, or investment schemes, including cryptocurrency or forex trading services.
• Prescription medicines, unregistered medical products, or unlicensed health services.
• Tobacco, alcohol, or other age-restricted products sold without the licences required by Nigerian law.
• Human remains, body parts, live endangered animals, or protected wildlife products.
• Any product or service whose sale is prohibited by Nigerian law or by the rules of our payment provider, Paystack.

Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or inaccurate product descriptions, prices, photos, or stock levels.
• Impersonating another person or business, or misrepresenting your identity, location, or affiliation.
• Collecting payment for goods you do not have or do not intend to deliver.
• Using the platform to launder money, evade taxes, or process payments for a business other than the one approved.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users in chat, reviews, or any other channel.
• Posting fake reviews, or paying for or soliciting fake reviews.
• Scraping, spamming, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to FindAmNow systems or other users' accounts.
• Circumventing the platform to avoid its policies after a buyer has paid through FindAmNow.

Seller Obligations

• Honour the price shown at the time a buyer pays.
• Dispatch paid orders promptly and keep the buyer informed, as described in our Shipping Policy.
• Accept returns and cooperate with refunds as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
• Respond to buyer messages and to FindAmNow dispute enquiries within 2 business days.
• Comply with all applicable Nigerian consumer protection, tax, and product safety laws.

Enforcement

FindAmNow may remove listings, withhold or delay seller payouts, suspend or permanently close accounts, and report activity to law enforcement or our payment provider where we reasonably believe this policy or the law has been broken. Where a buyer has paid for an order affected by a violation, FindAmNow may refund the buyer from funds held for the seller.
